All dimensions, tolerances, threads and surface finish are agreed from your drawing or OE sample before production begins.

Raw material is verified against specification; material certificates are available on request.
100% Dimensional Inspection
Key dimensions checked part by part before packing. First-article inspection report provided for new orders.
Anti-Rust Treatment
Parts are oiled/treated against corrosion before packing, protecting them through sea freight to Europe.

Export-Grade Packing
Our standard packing: parts seated in plastic inner trays, packed into cartons, then loaded on wooden pallets or protected in wooden crates — built to survive long-distance freight. Custom marking and packing per your instruction is available.
